My career as an integrative, trauma-informed therapist for adults, young people and children was built on foundations of my professional life where I’ve always worked in a helping capacity. I have experience in mental health services as an occupational therapist and yoga teacher for all ages, including children and young people, as well as extensive experience as a primary and secondary school teacher.
