My therapy services is trauma-informed, integrative psychotherapeutic counselling for adults who want to understand themselves more deeply, feel safer in their bodies, and create more balanced, authentic relationships. Whether you’re navigating long-standing patterns, recent stress, or a major transition, our work is tailored to your pace, your history and your needs.
My approach blends Integrative Psychotherapy, Relational Therapy, Transactional Analysis (TA) and Somatic / Nervous System Regulation, creating a flexible and grounded framework for healing.
A weekly one-to-one space where you can bring your thoughts, feelings and experiences without fear of judgement. This is your time to be heard, understood and supported.

My therapy services are mainly online via a secure video platform, depending on your preference and accessibility needs. I do have availability for some in-person sessions if required, so please do get in touch to discuss possibilities.
If you’re considering therapy, but are still unsure, I offer a free 15 minute discovery call where you can ask any questions and to see if we are a good fit. If you are ready to start the journey, the first step then is to book a session where we can take the time to explore what you’re looking for. If you decide to work together after the initial session, I recommend a commitment of initially with six sessions and then review and see how we are getting on. Research has proven that in order to create change and to build a relationship, a minimum time effort is required. Some questions can be resolved pretty quickly, whereas others may take longer.
However, all the work we do will be immensely valuable.

My location
My office is based in Polegate, East Sussex. It is surrounded by the downs and close to the sea.
I work primarily online using Google Meet to connect with clients. However, I do have space to facilitate face-to-face session if you so require. Do get in touch to discuss options.
